Translation:

Highly blessed is He, Who has made fortified spheres in the heavens and has set in it a "lamp" and a shining moon.

Translit: Tabaraka allathee jaAAala fee alssamai buroojan wajaAAala feeha sirajan waqamaran muneeran

Such are the people who will be rewarded with high palaces for their fortitude, wherein they will be welcomed with due respect, honor and salutations
